ALS Clinical Trials
Despite the fact that there is currently only one FDA approved treatment for ALS, a number different targets have been identified for therapy, and many clinical trials are underway. The diagram below summarizes some of these targets and potential therapeutics [1].
The table below summarizes current trials (published April, 2011) with therapeutics against these targets [1].
