About This Website
This website was created as a semester-long project in Spring 2012 for Genetics 677: Genomic/Proteomic Analysis taught by Dr. Ahna Skop at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The goal of the project was to apply a wide range of bioinformatics tools available online to the study of a disease and a gene known to be associated with that disease. For more information, see the course website, and check out the Projects page to see other student projects.
